Job Title: Account Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Planner to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering projects across a range of industries, including Rail, Highways, Utilities, Nuclear, Defence, and Aviation.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish key programme interfaces and working interfaces with relevant stakeholders, build and maintain schedules in relevant planning software, and attend meetings to gather progress updates. You will also support Project/Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules and their interfaces, manage contract requirements for schedules, and provide reporting outputs to Project specification.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have project-based planning experience, knowledge of project and programme planning processes and lifecycles, and understanding of planning software. You will also need to be able to integrate and analyse complex data from multiple sources and formats, and have awareness of contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish key programme interfaces and working interfaces with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Build and maintain schedules in relevant planning software.
  3. Attend meetings to gather progress updates.
  4. Support Project/Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules and their interfaces.
  5. Manage contract requirements for schedules.

Requirements:
  1. Project-based planning experience.
  2. Knowledge of project and programme planning processes and lifecycles.
  3. Understanding of planning software.
  4. Ability to integrate and analyse complex data from multiple sources and formats.
  5. Awareness of contractual requirements.
