Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories to prevent stockouts and optimize resources.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases with attention to detail.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions as needed.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks in a proactive manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
