As a Financial Business Partner, you'll be working in a complex £70m turnover business unit – which is in turn part of a £2bn t/o FTSE 250 plc. You'll have the chance to work with commercially focused and operationally focused colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and analyzing management accounts and financial reports
  2. Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
  3. Providing financial guidance and support to the business
  4. Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  5. Collaborating with the business to drive commercial decisions

Hybrid working – 1 day per week at home.

Required:

  1. Experience of management accounts preparation and financial analysis
  2. Business partnering and costing experience
  3. Excellent IT skills and understanding of Excel functionality
  4. Keenness to develop your career within a management accounting / business partnering role
  5. Confidence when speaking to non-finance colleagues within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  6. Studying toward professional qualification (CIMA or equivalent)
