We're seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team at Pro Dynamic Contracts Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and have experience working with Microsoft products, including CAD and documentation.
Job Summary:- This part-time contract position involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to email requests, estimating and quoting works, entering and using QuickBooks, as well as general budgeting and analytical Excel documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to email requests
- Understanding product codes and details produced by Pcon and CAD drawing
- Estimating and quoting works
- Entering and using QuickBooks, as well as general budgeting and analytical Excel documents
- Providing customer service to deal with telephone inquiries and understanding customer requirements

- Literate and numerically proficient

- A full driving license
