Job Summary

The City Sight Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the efficient and effective running of all Optometry Clinical Services.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage the operational and logistical needs of the clinic and Optometry programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinical and professional colleagues to ensure effective support for student and patient needs and course delivery.
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior academic colleagues to maintain the highest professional standards.
  • Manage the operational and logistical needs of the City Sight Eye Clinic and Optometry programme.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external teams.
Person Specification

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a healthcare professional within a private or public sector.

They will possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
