Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, coordinating promotional activities, and analyzing campaign success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team with CRM administration, contract management, and lead generation
  • Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure seamless client engagement
  • Conducting direct outreach to prospective clients to create warm leads for the sales team
  • Assisting with bid management, market research, and tender monitoring
  • Collaborating with external agencies to deliver high-quality copy and materials
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales performance and effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A dynamic and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and market research software
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
