At Rodericks Dental Partners, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through quality dentistry. As a Dental Practice Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff.

The estimated salary for this position is £12-15 per hour (30 hours a week), based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

  • Clean designated areas within the dental practice
  • Maintain cleaning standards that meet or exceed industry requirements
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations, COSHH guidelines, and relevant infection control measures
  • Record keeping: accurate daily, weekly, monthly, six-monthly, and annual cleaning records
  • Familiarity with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2007 and 2021, and the National Colour Coding Scheme
  • Implement Infection Control measures
  • Maintenance and care of cleaning equipment
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) knowledge and assurance
  • Operate electrical equipment safely
  • Lone worker policy and risk assessment responsibilities
  • Waste management (non-hazardous waste only)
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning role
  • Familiarity with COSHH regulations an asset
  • Attention to detail and high level of reliability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Requirement to achieve client vetting clearance
