Compliance and Hygiene Coordinator

Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through quality dentistry. As a key member of our team, the Dental Practice Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff.
The estimated hourly rate for this position is £14.50-17.00 (30 hours a week), based on industry standards and location.
Job Duties:
- Clean designated areas in the dental practice
- Meet or exceed cleaning standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines
- Maintain accurate cleaning records
- Familiarity with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and the National Colour Coding Scheme
- Implement Infection Control measures
- Care for cleaning equipment
- Knowledge and assurance of PPE
- Safely operate electrical equipment
- Lone worker policy and risk assessment responsibilities
- Manage non-hazardous waste
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role
- Familiarity with COSHH regulations desirable
- High attention to detail and strong reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Requirement to achieve client vetting clearance
