At Personio GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Architect to lead our Finance and Subscriptions enablement systems team. As a key member of our System team, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the optimization of our lead to cash ecosystem, focusing on Financial and Subscription enablement systems.

About the Role

The Senior Financial Systems Architect will play a critical role in shaping the future of our lead to cash ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading our Finance and Subscriptions enablement systems team, delivering on our lead to cash vision, mentoring, coaching, and guiding the team to successful outcomes.

You will also be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the optimization of our lead to cash ecosystem, focusing on Financial and Subscription enablement systems. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders, guiding them to common goals, and building upon our talented team.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to operate within and preferably lead Agile Scrum teams, managing leads/managers, and prioritizing technical feature backlogs and road maps.

Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute the optimization of our lead to cash ecosystem, focusing on Financial and Subscription enablement systems.
  • Lead our Finance and Subscriptions enablement systems team, delivering on our lead to cash vision, mentoring, coaching, and guiding the team to successful outcomes.
  • Manage leads/managers, prioritize technical feature backlogs and road maps, and operate within and preferably lead Agile Scrum teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience leading, hiring, and growing a high-performing team of system administrators, architects, and technical program managers.
  • 10+ years of running large-scale multiphased programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing leads/managers.
  • Experience operating within and preferably leading Agile Scrum teams.
  • Proven leader - building, managing, and prioritizing technical feature backlogs and road maps.
  • Experienced and adept at working with business stakeholders, guiding them to common goals.
  • Experience with Workday ERP platform required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
