Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

  • Creating progressive learning and development opportunities for team members across levels of experience.
  • Thinking creatively about how to achieve ambitious company goals by equipping employees with the right tools.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and creating programs to address them.
  • Designing development programs that empower the team to deliver exceptional experiences across business areas.
  • Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.
  • Pursuing big ideas relentlessly.

Requirements

We're looking for experienced business managers who can help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not necessary, but you must be highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire and lead our team.

You should possess:

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
