Job Title: Financial Paraplanner

Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Paraplanner to join our team in Sheffield. As a Financial Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in providing high-quality advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial research and analysis using tools such as Selectapension and FE Analytics to provide accurate and comprehensive financial reports.
  2. Financial Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive financial reports using Genovo report writing software to support our financial advisors in their decision-making process.
  3. Information Verification: Review and verify information provided by admin staff for accuracy and completeness to ensure the highest level of quality in our financial advice.
  4. Client Management: Utilise Intelliflo back office system for client management and record-keeping to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  5. Investment Analysis: Analyse and provide recommendations for various investment vehicles, including ISAs and general investment accounts, to support our financial advisors in their advice provision.
  6. Compliance: Communicate with the compliance team regarding any concerns about advice suitability to ensure our advice meets the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record within Paraplanning with strong skills in Pensions and Retirement Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Pension products and regulations.
  • Hold any relevant qualifications within the Financial Advice sector.
