Job Title: Financial Paraplanner

Join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd as a Financial Paraplanner, where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial advice to our clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Paraplanner to join our team in Sheffield. As a Financial Paraplanner, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial research and analysis, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and reviewing and verifying information provided by admin staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting financial research and analysis using tools such as Selectapension and FE Analytics
  2. Preparing financial reports using Genovo report writing software
  3. Reviewing and verifying information provided by admin staff for accuracy and completeness
  4. Liaising with the admin team to gather missing information and assist with business submissions
  5. Utilising Intelliflo back office system for client management and record-keeping
  6. Analysing and providing recommendations for various investment vehicles
  7. Challenging advisers on file notes or recommendation proposals
  8. Communicating with the compliance team regarding any concerns about advice suitability
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Paraplanning and strong skills in Pensions and Retirement Planning. You should have a strong knowledge of UK Pension products and regulations. Holding any qualifications within the Financial Advice sector would be an advantage.
