Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to lead our Rotational Physiotherapy Team. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for developing and implementing rotational physiotherapy programs across various wards. This role offers opportunities for career development, professional growth, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement rotational physiotherapy programs across various wards
  2. Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists
  3. Mentor junior physios and undergraduate physiotherapy students
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Working Conditions:

This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with occasional on-call duties and weekend shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered physiotherapist with current UK registration

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in respiratory physiotherapy

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £48,604 - £62,448 per annum (inclusive of annual leave)
