Nature Conservation Fundraiser

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nature Conservation Fundraiser. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in promoting our mission to protect wildlife and wild spaces in Essex.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be warm and friendly, and have the ability to engage with people from all walks of life. You will be responsible for working at various venues and events, encouraging others to support our local Wildlife Trust through monthly donations by direct debit.
Salary: £32,000 FTE (based on 15 hours per week) with uncapped commission potential.

Requirements:
- A valid driving licence and access to a car/van for transportation of equipment and materials
- Ability to work regular weekend days and bank holidays
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English
- Enjoy working in the field rather than sitting behind a desk
- Comfortable working to realistic targets/KPIs
- Pas sionate about nature conservation and protecting wildlife
