About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ash Villa, a 15-bed female acute in-patient ward in Sleaford. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients' personal needs, using relevant skills and assessment tools.
  • Implement a range of clinical skills to assess client risk and develop effective care plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interpersonal skills when engaging with patients, promoting autonomy and independence.
  • Maintain accurate records of nursing care, adhering to Professional (NMC) guidance and Trust policy.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to the development of nursing skills.
