We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our finance team at TwentyFour Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and archived according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise and procure supplier rates and terms.
- Deal with Amazon orders.
- Generate supplier statements.
- Accurately enter and update financial data into accounting systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- Experience with Xero accounting software.
This is a full-time office-based role working Monday to Friday. Only apply if the days and hours suit you.
