Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver innovative Performing Arts lessons that cater to students' diverse needs and abilities.
  2. Create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and risk-taking.
  3. Develop students' technical skills, artistic expression, and critical thinking abilities.
  4. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE A-Level as applicable).
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality school productions and events.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • You should possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a relevant Performing Arts subject or a combination of these disciplines.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the performing arts and a compelling teaching approach.
  • Showcase excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management abilities.
  • Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and creativity within the learning environment.
  • Prioritize student safety and wellbeing above all else.
What We Offer:
