About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade & Transaction Reporting AVP to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the control functions for Trade and Transaction reporting, focusing on EMEA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory Awareness.
  • Risk Management and Escalation.
  • Experience in using technical documents from the transaction reporting industry for project work.
  • PC literate with advanced Excel skills.
  • Global Markets Middle Office Knowledge.
