Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Reporting Specialist at CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of reporting services;
  • Preparing bespoke financial reports based on client requirements;
  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102;
  • Supporting the team with financial analysis and complex reporting tasks;
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting services to clients;
  • Preparing investor reports and VAT returns;
  • Processing due diligence work and NAV calculations;
  • Ensuring compliance with current procedures and SLAs.


Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with a strong accounting background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA or CIMA);
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and accounting for transactions in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good time management and prioritization skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude;
  • Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure.


Work Experience:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing independently workload allocation and workload planning, as well as experience in providing bespoke reports to clients based on accounting information. Property Accounting experience would be advantageous, as would working knowledge of Channel Island entities. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are also essential.
