JUNIOR VP ASSISTANT ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior VP Assistant to join our Investment Banking Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our bankers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries and calendars for Associate-level bankers
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Handle high volumes of phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information
  • Arrange room bookings for internal and external meetings, as well as coordinate travel arrangements for the team
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow and supporting teams with day-to-day issues
  • Provide phone and holiday coverage for colleagues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with extensive diary management experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A team player with flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple teams
