We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Hobbycraft. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and planning stock investment while maximising availability to support our business and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics and inventory professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform inventory management and demand planning decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
