This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Educational Support Professional in a local school based in Bournemouth, where you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
As an Educational Support Professional, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-on-one support to students, especially those with learning difficulties or special needs. You will also promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing classroom dynamics and encouraging good behaviour.
You will be required to prepare teaching materials and organise resources to enhance learning experiences. Additionally, you will assist in assessing students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.
You will also follow individual care and medical plans, administering medication and supporting personal care needs as required. Furthermore, you will foster student independence and utilise effective communication techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. You will also need to have an understanding of special education needs and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs is essential, as well as relevant qualifications in education. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK and have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £76,920 - £95,680 per year, based on a full-time position. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
