Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Surgeon to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for performing Oral Surgery procedures on patients referred to our hospital and surgical centre.

Your main duties will include assessing, managing, and treating individuals by conducting Oral Surgery procedures under local anaesthetic or local anaesthetic with IV sedation, in accordance with treatment centre protocols and working practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Oral Surgery procedures on patients referred to our hospital and surgical centre.
  • Assess, manage, and treat individuals by conducting Oral Surgery procedures under local anaesthetic or local anaesthetic with IV sedation.
  • Work in accordance with treatment centre protocols and working practices.
  • Engage in specific management tasks and contribute to departmental meetings and monthly clinical governance meetings in agreement with the Medical Director.
About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative individual who would like to support a world-class service and contribute to the planning and development of anaesthesia. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • GDC and specialist Oral Surgery registration.
  • A broad experience of oral surgery.
  • The ability to administer local anaesthetic or local anaesthetic with IV sedation.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
