Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with patients to create a comfortable and relaxed environment
  • Guiding patients through their journey, including diagnostic eye scans and consultations
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with optometrists and surgeons
  • Scheduling patients' consultations and surgeries with our healthcare professionals

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
