Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufactured products, as well as providing recommendations for process improvements and optimizing production efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies;
- Develop and implement quality control measures, including training programs for production staff;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes;
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth;
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Science, or Business Administration;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including ISO 9001 certification;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Competent in using computerized systems and software, such as ERP and MES.
