Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Compliance & Risk in ensuring compliance with FCA principles, rules, and legislation.
- Develop and deliver compliance awareness training to stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan, ensuring effective key risk management.
- Provide management information for the Board of Directors and business risk committees.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong compliance culture.
- Conduct internal second-line audits and report to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the internal audit schedule.
- Maintain the company's risk register.
- Manage the Incident Management system, including provision of MI to stakeholders.
- Conduct compliance reviews of financial promotions.
- Support the DPA Officer with DPA compliance.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and experience of working within financial services regulatory and legal frameworks.
