Merchandising Assistant - High End Interiors

As a key member of the Merchandising team at Success Talent, you will play a vital role in planning and executing stock intake and sales strategies to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in managing stock levels, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate system data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating stock intake, including tracking products through the critical path management process.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on real and potential requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Place orders with suppliers, update systems with delivery dates, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Chase suppliers and service providers to ensure stock is received as scheduled and critical deadlines are met.
  • Manage supplier relationships, costings, and pricing.
  • Produce weekly reports highlighting potential missed sales orders, delays, duplicates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor critical path to ensure all intake dates are met.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by the Management team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to provide prompt, efficient, and personalized service to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring departmental policies are followed.
