**Job Description**

**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the estate agency industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
