**Job Description**

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business results.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the estate agency industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
