Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and generating new business opportunities, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients through targeted calls and communications, both warm and cold.
- Sales Support: Book meetings and seminars for the external sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Market Research: Identify and evaluate new opportunities using various tools, including social media, industry networks, and professional events.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports on business development activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with Area Managers to ensure geographic and sector-specific targets are met.
