Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting processes to drive business growth
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive financial performance
  • Ensure financial compliance and risk management processes are in place
  • Contribute to strategic financial decisions and business planning
  • Review and analyze financial data to inform business insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
