Deputy Clubhouse Manager

Get Golfing CIO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clubhouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clubhouse, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the clubhouse, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent service, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members and guests.
- Address member and guest concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
