Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage cash processes, including handling cash, operating the till, and reconciling transactions.
  3. Monitor stock integrity, including receiving and storing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  4. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and implementing promotions.
  5. Inspire and motivate your colleagues to excel in their roles, including providing coaching, training, and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of leading and developing a team.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  5. Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, stock management, and customer service.
