Job Title: Science Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Science Graduate to join our team as an Internal Sales Coordinator for our Client's Personal Care Division.

Job Purpose:

The primary function of this role is to work closely with the Account Managers in all aspects of the sales process and their relationships with customers. This involves liaising with the external sales team and other internal teams to ensure smooth running of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries of a technical and commercial nature, providing samples, quotes, product information, and regulatory forms.
  • Proactively contact customers to provide and request technical/commercial information, handling multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Act as a proactive source of support for the field sales team, facilitating the sales process and maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and figures for internal and external use, maintaining the Customer Relationship Management database and other sales data systems.
  • Liaise closely with other departments, including logistics, order processing, samples admin, regulatory, and finance, as well as the Pharmaceutical and Industrial Sales Teams.
Requirements:
  • Cultural fit is essential, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in to get the job done.
  • Chemistry or Science graduate or equivalent, with a friendly, efficient customer service attitude and phone manner.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • The ability to listen and interpret customer needs, with attention to detail and the ability to work with data.
  • A forward-thinking and proactive attitude to problem-solving, with a social personality who enjoys their job.
What We Offer:

A basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
