Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory & Policy Coordinator to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership. As a key member of our Regulatory & Policy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of regulatory processes and policies across our product and trading areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Regulatory Managers in stakeholder management and compliance advice
  • Oversee the regulatory enquiries process for the Regulatory & Policy team
  • Manage referrals from enforcement agencies and support business with 3rd party accreditation audits
  • Deliver business requirements for legal challenges, product incidents, and new legislation & guidance
  • Support regulatory and policy requirements around 3rd parties, inter-departmental processes, and business systems
Requirements:
  • Science, Food Science, or Law degree
  • Systems, Google Suite, and ability to think creatively to find system-based solutions to compliance issues
