Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory & Policy Coordinator to join our Waitrose Technical team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the regulatory and policy functions of the Regulatory & Policy team for Waitrose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the regulatory enquiries process for the regulatory & policy team.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of the regulatory policy framework, including meeting management, ensuring policies are up-to-date, training in policy requirements, and tracking policy compliance.
  • Manage referrals process from enforcement agencies.
  • Support business with 3rd party accreditation audits.
  • As an integral part of the regulatory team, deliver business requirements for legal challenges, product incidents, and new legislation & guidance.
  • Support regulatory and policy requirements around 3rd parties, inter-departmental processes, and business systems.
Requirements:
  • Science, Food Science, or Law degree.
  • Systems, Google Suite, and ability to think around to find systems-based solutions to compliance issues.
