**Job Title:** Service Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee the management of our residential, respite, and day care services. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality standards, contribute to strategic direction, and develop new services based on local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff, budget, and develop new services aligned with CrossReach's strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective liaison with internal and external partners, and deputise for the Head of Service as needed.
- Implement best practices, adhere to policies, and handle staff development, incidents, and complaints efficiently.
- Oversee quality improvement plans, engage in strategic planning, and produce annual reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CrossReach's social care services.
Requirements:
- Social care experience, particularly in management roles.
- SVQ Level 4 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Management qualification or progress towards it.
- Basic computer literacy, Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership, and SSSC registration.
- A strong Christian faith and ability to uphold CrossReach's Christian ethos.
