Site Operations Manager

About the Role:
Galliford Try Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Central Belt of Scotland. As a key member of our Environmental business, you will be responsible for promoting exceptional safety and delivering quality standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and control construction activities to ensure projects run to schedule and budget.
- Day-to-day management of site activities, including supervising and monitoring site operations, preparing RAMS, and ensuring compliance.
- Plan, organize, and monitor activities to ensure safety, time constraints, and quality requirements are met.
- Undertake other duties, training, and/or hours of work as reasonably required and consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent in engineering/project management related qualification.
- Experience of the construction/engineering industry, ideally in the water industry.
- IOSH or SMSTS Safety Management certification.
- CSCS Card.
