We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead our water sector project team. As a key member of Fawkes & Reece London's team, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts for key water infrastructure projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil sector projects, particularly those related to water infrastructure. Experience in NEC contract management is essential, as well as a proven track record of delivering cost-effective projects.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts, engaging with clients and the project team to ensure cost-effective project delivery, and supporting contract administration and ensuring compliance with NEC contract terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing project costs and budgets
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
  • Coordinating with the project team to ensure effective project delivery
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil sector
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
