Civil Dispute Resolution Professional Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Dispute Resolution Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil dispute resolution and be able to provide expert advice on landlord tenant law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the efficient oversight of the firm's conduct of litigation, including first line of defence activities
  • Deliver training and seminars to build knowledge and competence within the firm
  • Ensure compliance with SRA requirements and monitor the standard of quality for litigation conducted within the firm
  • Act as a point of referral for complex litigation, including fast or multi-track claims, and contentious litigation
Requirements:
  • Strong background in civil dispute resolution and landlord tenant law
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated environment an advantage but not essential
Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
