Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Medical Device Technology Director to lead our electronic and software engineering teams. As a Medical Device Technology Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical strategies to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and growth
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in electronic or software engineering leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Salary:
£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
