Job Description: Medical Device Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of medical devices across various hospitals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of medical devices. You will also develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
  • Meet contractual KPIs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with OEM service personnel when required.

Requirements:

  • Certified OEM training.
  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Biomedical Technology.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £32,500 - $38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Company vehicle.
  • Excellent benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme.
