About the Role
The Cardinal Hume Centre is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Welfare Rights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Advice Services team, you will provide a structured information, advice, and casework service to clients with complex welfare rights issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specialist welfare rights caseload and provide emergency housing advice to clients in crisis.
- Work closely with other teams in the centre to ensure clients receive an integrated holistic service.
- Build and maintain good relationships with statutory and other partners to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Monitor unmet need locally and contribute to addressing it.

Requirements
