About the Job

Care South is seeking an Adult Care Services Coordinator to join our team at Marjorie House, a 50-bed specialist dementia and residential care home in Poole.

As an Adult Care Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of adult care services, including developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.

You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify the needs and abilities of our residents and deliver care that meets their individual needs.
