Job Title: Spa Therapist

Contract: Permanent

Location: Malmaison York

As a Spa Therapist at Malmaison York, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a Zen experience for every guest. You will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients, while maintaining and developing client relationships.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out a range of treatments to a high standard, including REN treatments.
  • Supervise the team to maintain the standards of the Spa.
  • Welcome clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner.
  • Book in clients on the Spa computer system and take phone calls.
  • Achieve retail targets by promoting our products, REN and Orly.
  • Build a regular client base by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
