We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dynamic Infrastructure Specialist to join our team of experts in providing top-notch infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

As a Dynamic Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure systems, including network equipment, servers, and storage devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet customer expectations.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build great relationships with customers.
  • Organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping others.
