About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the shop floor, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profit growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervisory experience in a premium or luxury brand, with a strong focus on people management, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You will be an energetic and authentic leader who can inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody the entrepreneurial spirit of Calvin Klein
  • Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor, including customer service, sales, and profit growth
  • Support the Management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions
  • Communicate with staff daily on sales goals, key performance indicators, and store results
  • Hold regular 'one minute meetings' to provide feedback and recognition
  • Execute and model company best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Point of Sale
  • Achieve company standards for personal sales results
  • Respond to and communicate with the Store Manager on competitors and community information
  • Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers
  • Analyse store level reports and create action plans to improve results
About You
  • Previous supervisory or specialist experience in a premium or luxury brand
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team player with a 'can do' approach and ability to adapt to change
  • Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
