Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Bicester. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of waiting staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
