Aircraft Mechanical Supervisor - Merlin
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at RNAS Culdrose. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the IMOS and AESAS contracts, delivering activities ranging from repair and maintenance of military aircraft to off-aircraft support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Aircraft Engineering services at RNAS Culdrose across both AESAS and IMOS Contracts
- Deliver activities ranging from repair and maintenance of military aircraft to off-aircraft support services
- Work in a highly regulated environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working in an airworthiness environment, relevant experience for the Merlin aircraft
- Hold/have ability to hold Certificate of Competency for Supervisory level
- Previous experience and a good working knowledge of the following: Merlin Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Systems; Merlin Aircraft Servicing and Support Equipment; and Tool Control and Quality Practices
- An understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems
- Completed or be able to complete a Maintenance Human Factors Course
