Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business objectives to produce safe and compliant food products
- Conduct audits of the manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and other regulations
- Support the site product launch system by creating accurate launch packs and production documentation
- Investigate customer complaints and identify preventative actions
- Coordinate laboratory analysis and interpret results
- Control out-of-specification stock and manage warehouse inventory
- Support third-party audits and traceability exercises
Requirements:
- Food Safety and HACCP certification to level 3
- Relevant experience in the food industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
