About the Role:
">We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- To assess and respond to the individual needs of each resident, adapting care plans as necessary.
- To maintain accurate records of resident's care, including any relevant notes or observations.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for older people. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
